By commissioning me ("The Artist"), you, ("The Client") agrees to the following Terms of Service. Breaching these terms may result in a warning, cancellation of the artwork, and/or blacklisting.Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

- The Client must provide clear project details, including references and materials (if available) before the commission begins.
- By commissioning the Artist, the Client allows the Artist to use the Client’s character design or references solely for the purpose of creating the artwork.
- The Artist may use legally licensed or free-to-use resources when needed.
- The Artist will not copy, trace, or use unauthorized material.
- The Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission for any reason (e.g., subject matter, complexity, or personal reasons).
- If refusal or cancellation happens after payment, a refund will be discussed depending on progress (full refund if no work has started, partial refund if work is in progress).
- The Artist’s work may not be used in AI programs, NFTs, or similar platforms.What the Artist Can and Cannot Draw
The Artist can draw: female and male characters, suggestive themes, humans/humanoids, furries/anthros, and most content not listed below.
The Artist cannot draw: explicit adult content/NSFW, extreme gore, ferals/animals, mecha/robots, elderly characters, babies, beards, hateful or offensive content, and fetish-related material.Process
- Completion time ranges from 1–4 weeks depending on complexity.
- The Client may request a specific canvas size or rendering style (based on the Artist’s examples) before work begins.
- Progress updates will be shared, and feedback will be requested at key stages.
- Final artwork will be delivered via Discord, Instagram, or Toyhouse in PNG format.Revisions
- The Client is entitled to one free revision per stage (sketch, lineart, color, rendering).
- Revisions outside of these stages will not be accepted unless additional fees are paid.
- Major changes (3 or more per stage) may incur extra fees.
- Changes = altering parts of the artwork (e.g., pose, expression). May incur fees.
- Revisions = fixing mistakes (e.g., incorrect eye color). Free of charge.
- No edits may be requested after final delivery unless previously agreed upon.Communication
- Communication will take place via Discord, Instagram, or Toyhouse.
- The Artist’s response times are typically within 2–3 hours, though time zone differences may apply.
- Conversations are limited to the commission; both parties may decline unrelated discussions.Rights & UsageArtist Rights
- The Artist retains all rights and ownership of the artwork unless commercial rights are purchased.
- The Artist may use the artwork for advertising, social media, and portfolio purposes.Client Rights (Personal Use)
- The Client may use the artwork for non-monetized purposes (e.g., social media posts, personal prints).
- Proper credit must be given to the Artist when the artwork is displayed (e.g., tagging the Artist’s handle).
- The Client may not claim the artwork as their own.
- Personal use does not include monetized platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, promotional content). These count as commercial use.Client Rights (Commercial Use)
- Commercial rights are not included unless purchased separately.
- Commercial use includes monetized content (e.g., merchandise, stream overlays, monetized videos).
- Commercial rights require an additional fee equal to double the base price.Payments & Fees
- Payment is due after the watermarked sketch has been approved.
- Failure to pay within 72 hours of receiving the invoice may result in cancelation, If given a reasonable reason on late payment the Artist may decide to continue.
- Payments must be made through PayPal (Goods and Services only).
- Prices are listed in USD and may vary slightly depending on complexity.
- All commissions are digital only, no physical items will be shipped.
- Chargebacks are not permitted under any circumstances. If a chargeback is filed after completed delivery, the Client will be blacklisted and legal action may be pursued.Cancellation & Refunds
- Refunds are only available if the Artist is unable to complete the commission due to personal circumstances.
- Refunds are not given due to dissatisfaction with style, artistic choices, or preferences not communicated beforehand.
- If the commission is delayed significantly (over 2–3 months), partial refunds may be discussed depending on progress.Confidentiality
- Both the Artist and the Client agree that personal or sensitive information (e.g., payment details, private conversations) will remain confidential.
- This does not apply to the commissioned artwork itself, which may be displayed publicly by the Artist unless the Client requests privacy beforehand (a privacy fee may apply).Questions
